Since its launch, ChatGPT has been the newest sensation and buzzword everybody knows of, and indeed, there is a reason for that.
This powerful and versatile language processing tool has proven to accomplish numerous tasks, making it irresistible not to try. Knowing how to use it efficiently is excellent whether you are beginner-level or someone more advanced who has used it since day one.
Even though I’ve been using it for a while now. I feel that with so much new information about what it can do for humans, I still don’t use it to its full potential because there is so much to learn constantly.

If you feel like me, check out this easy-to-read and ChatGPT beginner-friendly-level article to learn how to use it to your benefit.
Before I show you some cool ways to use ChatGPT, I must share an essential rule. It is all about using the right prompts; it's where the magic happens.
Take it from my mistakes –I always gave it more general prompts in the beginning (which didn’t seem generic), and it wasn’t giving me the desired results. I had to see the problem and discovered that I wasn’t specific and concise with my prompts, which is a first MUST when using ChatGPT.
This is the most important thing about ChatGPT because it is trained on so much data, and the more you ‘feed’ it with precise context details, the better scope of results it will give.
This refers to replying to it directly once it gives you its first response. Simply put, if you didn’t get the desired answer with your first prompt attempt, you can reply to the output with more information.
❓Prompt: "Give me an explanation like you are describing ChatGPT to a five year old."
Here is an example of that, and all you need to do is continue with your following prompt in the same chat.
❓Following Prompt: "Ok, now can you please explain it to me like I am fifteen years old?"
Even though you are beginner-level, you can use ChatGPT as an advanced AI copywriter to help create content like blog posts or articles.
Again, you must prompt it right with this one to get the desired results. For instance, you can be specific in your demand and prompt it something like in the example given below:
❓Prompt: "Write me a 300-word essay on 5 easy ways how girls can lose weight in one month. Start the text by convincing readers whether losing 20 pounds in one month is healthy or not and then elaborate more on the topic by giving examples of what they should do to achieve that. Generate titles and divide the text into well-organized paragraphs."
If you look at this example, you can see it gave you the needed response, but you can definitely 'feed' it more and ask it to generate SEO keywords and include them in the blog post.
ChatGPT can also be used for language translations. All you need to do is copy the text that you want to translate and ask it to translate into the language you wish
So; your prompt should look like this:
❓Prompt: "Take the field of medicine, for example. To qualify as a diagnostician takes people years of training, and is often an arduous, time-consuming process. What’s more, in many areas, demand for this expertise outstrips supply, putting the healthcare system under strain. But where diagnostic information can be digitised, machines can step in to take the load. "AI is being used to help solve complex societal challenges, such as climate change, healthcare and food poverty," says Robert Troy, Ireland’s minister for trade promotion, digital and company regulation. The advantage of an algorithm is that it can draw conclusions from the data in a fraction of a second. And, unlike a flesh-and-blood expert, machine-learning expertise can be reproduced potentially infinitely."
ChatGPT can be used to automatically summarize long documents or articles, making it easier for people to understand the main points comprehensively. You can summarize blog posts, articles, emails, and all sorts of written forms.
All you need to do for this is copy the article you want to summarize and ask it to do so.
Here is how you can do that:
❓Prompt: "Can you summarize this text into 5 bullet points:
PPC stands for pay-per-click – a type of digital marketing where advertisers are charged whenever one of their ads gets clicked on.
Basically, advertisers bid on specific keywords or phrases that they want their ads to appear for in the search engine results. When a user searches for one of those keywords or phrases, the advertiser’s ad will appear among the top results.
So again, if we think of search marketing as a coin, SEO and PPC are two sides of the same coin – SEO is the unpaid side, PPC is the paid side.
Another key point: it’s important never to think of it as “SEO vs. PPC” (i.e., which one is better) because these are complementary channels. It’s not an either-or question – always choose both"
For some, even the summarization might seem complicated, but there is also a solution. You may proceed by asking it to explain it in a more simplified way like you are someone who is 10 years old.
This is a beneficial option for learning new subjects and could change the way we study in the future. Imagine you are studying a concept you didn’t understand; you could ask ChatGPT to explain it.
ChatGPT can give you recipe ideas in just one prompt. There is no need to scroll through different articles that other search engines display with pictures that confuse you even more.

You can simply provide ChatGPT with a suitable prompt, and for it to give you an excellent recipe idea, it can look something like this:
❓Prompt: I have two eggs, one slice of bread, one slice of salami and ketchup. Give me recipe ideas for breakfast I can make with only those ingredients. Also, write the preparation process for those recipes.
This is a beneficial option for learning new subjects and could change the way we study in the future. Imagine you are studying a concept you didn’t understand; you could ask ChatGPT to explain it.
You can use ChatGPT for marketing ideas and growing your business. There are numerous options to do this; again, you need to remember to give it the right yet clear prompt to do so.
For example, you are a business owner with a fitness studio and want to use it to generate marketing ideas. Depending on what you want to achieve, here is what it might look like:
❓Prompt: "I am a small business owner and I own a fitness studio, plus I sell fitness equipment. I want to expand my business so give me some cool marketing ideas. Show me examples of how I can attract the younger generation and write me a whole business strategy with regards to owning a business like that."

Depending on what kind of email you want to send, formal or informal, you can use ChatGPT to write an email for you.
Here is an example of someone who wants to write a marketing email plus add specific details on how they want it to be portrayed.
❓Prompt: "Write a marketing email to welcome people to my online fitnss class business and provide benefits of why they should sign up for my monthly virtual class. Also, add benefits in bullet points and a call-to-action at the end."
You can also use it to write ad copies for your social media channels. All you need to do again is to provide it with a good prompt.
Here is an example:
❓Prompt: " Write a Facebook ad copy to promote my virtual fitness class. Also, make it inspirational and trustworthy, something to make people click immediately after seeing the ad."

ChatGPT is your best friend when you are about to quit your job and want to write a resignation letter that reflects you and suits your needs. If you are stuck for words, you can let ChatGPT do it for you.
Here is an example of how you can give it a prompt for that:
❓Prompt: "Write me a resignation letter and make it sound confident yet not arrogant."
If you are at that point where you have worked in a company for a while, thinking that you are doing a great job, contributing to its success, and considering it time to ask for a raise, ChatGPT can help you find the right phrases for that.
❓Prompt: "Give me exaple phrases I could use when asking for a raise? I want to present myself as confident, sincere and very convincing."

You can customize this based on your YouTube niche so that it generates ideas for your following videos.
For example, you can prompt it to generate YouTube video ideas about fitness routines you can do at home in 10 minutes. What is also great about it is that you write a YouTube video script or descriptions.
❓Prompt: "Write me a YouTube video script about fitness and also add YouTube video descriptions that are catchy and viral."

If you search through the internet for travel recommendations, you will find too many options, leaving you overwhelmed with information. Therefore, ChatGPT can digest all of that and suggest travel destinations according to your preferences and budget and even serve you as a travel guide.
From personal experience, I suggest you use it with a more clear and up-to-the-point prompt, so maybe something like this:
❓Prompt: "Give me the best holiday destinations within a four-hour flight from New York. I want to travel somewhere exotic, yet a place that is not so expensive and luxurios, more like an adventurous getaway. I need something within the budget of $2,000 for two adults for a week. Suggest the destinations in bullet points and all the relevant info why I should visit them."

These are only some of the basic things for which you can use ChatGPT; however, they are certainly not the only ones. Besides these, you can also use it to write codes, HTML, debug codes, solve math tests, and other tests as well. Plus, you can learn how to make money with the help of ChatGPT.
The way to use it is left to your choice only. Choose it wisely 🧠
